Jason Aintabi founded and leads Vandewater Capital, a platform to invest in and operate private equity businesses, and Blackwells Capital, an alternative investment manager founded as a platform to invest in public market securities globally.

From 2013 until 2016, Mr. Aintabi was Chairman and CEO of AltAir Fuels, a partnership between Vandewater, Delek (NYSE:DK) and the U.S Dept. of Defense. AltAir Fuels is the first refinery globally to produce bio- based jet fuel at scale. Mr. Aintabi was formerly the Managing Member and CEO of Jesta Digital from the time of its acquisition in 2010 from Newscorp (Nasdaq:NWS) to its disposition in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Aintabi was the Chairman of Alley holdings, a co- working enterprise funded primarily by Verizon
(NYSE:VZ). In addition, Mr. Aintabi has held CEO and BoD roles in Hospitality, Real Estate and Media.
